How does your pricing structure work?
All prices are based on a 2 to 3 day hire midweek, or 3 to 4 day over a weekend. eg. Collect Tuesday, use Wednesday, return Thursday or Collect Friday/Saturday, return Monday. Anything outside of these time frames will potentially incur additional charges. Also returning equipment late will incur additional fees. Please chat to us about this if you are after a longer hire period and we will quote accordingly.
Where do you deliver to?
We cover a large area throughout the Cooloola, Burnett and Northern Sunshine Coast. Please call us to find out if your area is covered.
Do I have to clean the hire equipment before it is returned?
Yes. All catering/cooking equipment must be washed and returned in the same condition as it was collected. This includes Roasters, Bains, BBQ’s, Pots, Glassware, Crockery and all other Catering equipment. Cold Rooms must be also hosed out to remove any food scraps etc. Toilets are to also be hosed out, but the waste is something that we will deal with for you!
What type of Party Supplies do you sell?
We have a huge range of Helium Balloons, including Large numbers, foils and latex, we also do various Balloon Garlands for you. We have a variety of Banners, Table Centrepieces, Candles, Hanging Decorations. We have a large range of coloured tableware, including eco friendly plates and cutlery.
Am I able to walk into the store and purchase Helium Balloons or do I need to pre-book?
Walk ins are definitely welcome! We do encourage customers to pre-book though if you have a large order. If your order is for a Weekend, Saturday mornings are very busy, and having your Balloons pre-booked will make your day and ours run a lot more smoothly!
